Return Policy


  • If you wish to return any ambient products, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery on 07306750168. 
  • Returns must be made at your own cost within 7 days of receiving your delivery. 
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns of any fresh or frozen products.
  • Returns must be received in their original packaging.

Damaged Products

  • If any of your products are damaged upon delivery, please send an image of the damaged product along with your order number and an explanation of the problem to 07306750168.
  • If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace the affected items.
  • We will not accept returns of frozen products past the 24 hours after delivery has been confirmed, We are not responsible for improper storage of frozen goods once they have been sold & delivered


  • Requests for cancellations must be made before your order is dispatched.
  • Please make sure you are happy with your order before making payment.
  • Please check your order confirmation email to review the details of the order that you have submitted.


  • Refunds & replacements can only be made for products that have gone missing during transport.
  • Eligible after products are confirmed to have been returned to us.
  • Refunds can’t be made if the product is still during transport. We cannot control the speed of transport provided by our courier service.
