Our signature breading delivers the perfect crunch with every bite. Specially blended with Southern spices and just the right amount of heat, it creates a golden, flavorful crust that locks in juiciness and brings authentic Nashville texture to life. (Step 2 / 4)

Preparation

Dipping Oil (9:1 Ratio):

Mix 100g of powder with 900ml of water. Add water as required for desired thickness (heat & store in bain marie)

Cooking

STEP 1: SPICY MARINADE
Coat your chicken with the dry marinade powder. Then dip into a bowl of water in preparation for the next step so the marinade is wet.

STEP 2: CRISPY WING BREADING
Dunk your chicken into the breading powder making sure you have an even coat. Shake off any excess breading then deep-fry the breaded chicken in hot oil at 175°C (350°F) until golden and fully cooked. Drain to remove excess oil.

STEP 3: DIPPING OIL
While still hot, dip or brush the cooked and breaded chicken lightly with the pre mixed and hot stored oil to enhance flavor and help the dusting stick for the next step.

STEP 4: INSANE HOT DUSTING POWDER
Sprinkle the dusting powder generously over the hot, oiled chicken. Serve immediately for that bold, spicy Nashville kick.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with Ranch sauce & Gherkins

Store powders in a cool dry place – Use mixed oil on same day
